Reviewing what happened in MAGNET during the year 2020, we have discovered several interesting things, some have helped us to identify what we have done well and others have shown us the things that we must change to remain an appropriate option for the market we serve.
In other words, we must readjust to new circumstances and, being technology project providers, we not only see it as part of a business strategy but also as an important part of social responsibility. It is no secret to anyone that, largely thanks to technology, it has been possible to face all the problems that the health emergency caused by COVID 19 entails.
For our part, we are clear that we must follow our digital transformation plan based on the 5 elements that we have been working on:
Culture: The learning and commitment of our people is something that we have very ingrained, however, we have added a system of continuous improvement to not stop learning and growing
Talent: Conserve, develop and attract it. At MAGNET we have great respect for this point
Strategy: Through our 3 business units: Critical Facilities, Smart Spaces and Digital Platforms
Structure: Defined by our Core Process that involves and integrates all Operational and Support areas, working as a living organism.
Technology: With automated processes, managing information in a systematic way to give better results to our ecosystem
We have started this process 18 months ago and we consider that 2021 will be a year where we will consolidate all the efforts made by the members of this great team.
